We met Jesse Klingler at an open house for an auction. He listened to what we were looking for and set us up with email listings that matched our criteria. He also texted some listings to us. In today's market you have to have an agent who is on top of their game and Jesse was! Within hours of the property we purchased hitting the market we had a contract on it!!! Jesse knew how to expertly craft a contract that made us feel comfortable. He was 100% available for questions, touring the property, etc. throughout the entire process. He was an excellent liaison for us with the seller's agent, the title company, even our lender. He was outstanding in every aspect from beginning to end; a true professional. His love for his profession is very obvious. We appreciated that he didn't push us toward anything EVER, but when the right thing came along he made sure he locked up the deal for us!
